Commonly known as the Mexican Blueberry, this fuchsia is both ornamental and edible. It produces large clusters of small pink/lavender flowers throughout the summer, followed by dark purple/blue fruits in the autumn. The berries of Blutini are sweet and resemble blueberries in appearance. The flowers are also edible and used in salads or as garnishes. This half-hardy evergreen shrub makes great container displays and will overwinter well in southern states.
